How to Return an Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. In these situations, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

For all other returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send the item back. Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and complete with all tags, packaging, and included accessories. You can start your return through our website or by emailing us.


Important Notes

  • Customized, personalized, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

If your item is defective but the 30-day return window has passed, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to explore repair or replacement options.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Gifts

If your purchase was marked as a gift at checkout, you’ll receive store credit equal to the return value. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will also be notified of the return.

For non-defective returns, shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return value exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging the item along with the original invoice.
